Booking Terms & Conditions
Your contract is with "The Villa Club"
1- Reservations
Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Reservations can also be made by a telephone + 90 392 8218400 / +90 542 851 7876 or by a bank transfer submitted via our website.
2- Payments
If your arrival date is within 6 weeks, you will be billed the full amount (Cancellation terms at point 10 will apply) If your arrival date is not within 6 weeks, you will be billed a deposit of 50% of the total cost.Your credit card is billed directly in British Pounds. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "The Villa Club".
3- Time of Arrival and Departure
Unless otherwise noted, the property will be ready at 13:00 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the departure day.
4-Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the studio rooms or the villas is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
5- Management Access to Property
We reserve the right to visit the villas at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening, routine inspections and emergency repairs.
6-Insurance
You must ensure that your party is adequately insured for cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc. We cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to property or person, however caused.
7- Airport Transfers
You are responsible for informing us about flight delays. Although the taxi driver is likely to wait for you, we cannot guarantee that they will do so. In the event that your flight is delayed and we have not been informed beforehand, and the taxi driver leaves the airport, we are unable to refund your airport transfer cost since we will have to pay the taxi driver.
8- Pets
Animals/pets are strictly not permitted at the Villa Club property. If a pet has been in the property, there will be an automatic security deposit charge, to cover the cost of professional cleaning.
9- Amendments/Alterations Bye You
We will do our best to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee to do so, as this may depend on the availability.
10- Cancellation by You, the Client
Cancellations must be made via our website. Cancellation charges will apply depend on the date of cancellation-Days Prior to Departure Refund Amount:-
- More than 42 days 50% is refunded
- 41 to 01 days no refund is given
- No shows no refund is given
- No refund for early check outs (Pre-booked reservations)
- Airport Transfers:Transfers combined with all the bookings are refunded as per the refund structure above.
- Security Deposit: The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellations.
11- Cancellation or Amendment by Us
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the accommodation booking, your credit card will be refunded the full amount immediately.
