The VILLA CLUB, 5 miles west of Kyrenia, is
quiet, family-run place. Situated in 10 acres of orange and lemon groves,
away from hustle an bustle, only 350 metres from the beach where you
can find watersports like skiing and scuba diving. Also nearby
is a supermarket and a selection of restaurants, just five minutes walk
away. The local bus service runs frequently into the town of Kyrenia,
just 10 minutes journey. Airport is only 45 minutes drive.
Accommodation and Facilities:The accommodation consists of Self catering Villas and Bed & Breakfast or Self catering Studios- Villas accommodate a family of up to four people. The studios are twin or double and have fridges and tea and coffee making facilities. All the rooms are furnished to a high standard and have full private facilities- en suite bath /shower, air conditioning / heating, fridge,satellite television and direct dial telephones.

The Villa Club is
surrounded by a well- established , delightful gardens where the colourful
bougainvillea and the scent of the jasmine enhances your stay, lies
the swimming pool. There are sixteen different kinds of fruit growing in the
grounds and guest are welcome to pick their own fruit. Also if you are
a keen bird watcher there are more than 35 species to find.
VISIT THE REAL DISNEY CASTLE IN KYRENIA Fairytale Castle of St Hilarion perched dizzily thousands of feet above the bay of Kyrenia, a clambering ruin which the Disney Studio took as it's inspiration for the castle in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Above Bellapais Abbey lived Lawrence Durrel, author of "Bitter Lemons". This ruined Monastery of Bellapais was one of the loveliest Gothic survivals in the Levant.The square where Durrell wrote of locals playing cards and smoking under an acacia tree-the tree of idleness as he called it is now full of restaurants and small shops. The tree is still there,although it is dead.
